About Us

Michael J. Pierski is an Attorney at Law and Partner with the law firm of Muskego Legal Center, LLP, and also maintains a downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin office presence. He received his law degree (J.D.) from Marquette University Law School in 1990 and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Waukesha County Bar Association. Attorney Pierski focuses his practice in several areas of law, including: Business, Corporate, Construction Lien Law, Corporate Collections, Post-Lien Actions, Litigation, Probate, Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts, and related issues. He has extensive experience representing and counseling clients in southeastern Wisconsin.


Attorney Pierski is a frequent presenter and lecturer on many legal topics, such as: "Basic Estate Planning"; "Asset Protection Today"; "Construction Lien Law"; "Surviving the Home Practices Act: ATCP 110"; "Charitable Giving"; and "Gift and Estate Tax for Paralegals". Additionally, he is active in numerous community groups, including the Muskego Area Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club. He is currently the president of the Kiwanis Club of Muskego, Inc., and serves on the boards of several charitable foundations.


Deborah L. Skurulsky is an Attorney at Law and Partner with the law firm of Muskego Legal Center, LLP. She received her law degree (J.D.) cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 1990 and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Waukesha County Bar Association and the Association of Women Lawyers. Attorney Skurulsky focuses her practice in several areas of law, including: Adoptions, Special Needs Trusts, Guardianship, Elder Law, Bankruptcy, Probate, Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts, Social Security Disability Appeals, and related issues. She has extensive experience in representing and counseling clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin, including frequently serving as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem for individuals with special needs.  
 
Additionally, Attorney Skurulsky utilizes her unique, personal life experiences dealing with special needs individuals for the benefit of her clients and their families. She continues her life-long passion for the sport of gymnastics by coaching girls gymnastics at Walworth County Gymnastics Center and judging women's high school, YMCA, and USAG Club gymnastics throughout the state.
